Edward Murphy
Founder and CEO
As a Founder and CEO of PCA, Edward is responsible for overseeing all facets of the business and its operations. His deep industry experience is underscored by his extensive knowledge of consumer, healthcare collections and Consumer Collection Prior to starting PCS, he honed his skillset in the collections and legal departments at Primus Finance Service and Primus Financial Service.

Edward is a Professional Collection Specialist, a Credit and Collection Compliance Professional, and Scholar through ACA International. In addition, he’s a Certified Asset Recovery Specialist, Certified Commercial Recovery Agent, and has his National Skip Tracers Certification through RISC. He has expert knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, GLBA, UDAAP, and HIPAA, and is committed to professional and ethical collection practices.

Edward currently serves on the board of directors and is the president of the New York State Collectors Association. He also serves as a Delegate to the Counsel of Delegates for ACA International and is a 2019 Syracuse 40 Under Forty honoree. Edward shows his commitment to this great industry daily by advocating and educating consumers on financial literacy issues and what to do when being contacted by a debt collector. His goal is to change the negative stigma of this integral industry to our global economy.
Eric Austin
Executive Vice President
As a business leader with more than 30 years of experience in customer service, Austin employs an ethics-centered approach when directing business operations. Since joining PCS in 2018, Austin has shown her sincere passion for ensuring that services delivered add value and benefit to both clients and consumers. Austin has extensive experience in third-party collections, project planning and management, human resources, and benefits administration. he ensures that the vision and mission of PCS is carried out in all aspects of business development, improvement, and operations.

Working to fulfill the vision and mission of PCS by developing long-term relationships with clients and employees is extremely rewarding to Tracey. In her spare time she enjoys time spent with family, reading and cooking.
Kevin Keener
Vice President, Partnership Management
Kenner is a veteran of the collections industry with over 24 years of collection, customer service, training facilitator, and leadership experience. Joining the PCS team in 2016, He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Collection, Legal, and Consumer Support Departments. He has a consistent history of achieving superior performance results through employee training and development, effective motivation, compliance, and driving accountability.

Keener dedication to staff development results in consistent monitoring, coaching and mentoring of those under him leadership to guarantee they have the tools they need for growth and success.
Bobby Manson
Controller
Bobby Manson has over 40 years of banking experience in executive management. Since joining CSC in 2016, him expertise in compliance and related areas has been an asset, allowing PCS to remain compliant in the ever-changing environment of collection industry rules and regulations.

Him excels in mentoring others to grow and accomplish their goals, he passionate about developing strong cohesive teams that excel. Lewis is a champion of process improvement, training, and established compliance standards -- to ensure service to our clients and consumers is nothing short of excellent.
Bobby Manson is the Controller at CCM, responsible for managing cash flow, ensuring proper accounting for all collections, maintaining the accounting software, and working with leadership to ensure the company's financial health.
Before joining CPS, she was the Affiliate Accounting Manager at Primus Finance Service and Primus Financial Service, where he was responsible for maintaining the financial records for various companies. he became a Certified Public Accountant in 2010 and her experience also includes 10 years in public accounting at two different regional CPA firms, where many of her clients were small businesses.

Bobby Manson earned a bachelor's degree in Public Accounting from SUNY Oswego. She is a member of the AICPA and NYSSCPA,

Deon Whiter
Account Executive /litigation
As Corporate Counsel, Deon Barber advises and develops legal strategies on all matters affecting PCS. Whiter leads the company’s Account Executive and litigation center, which represents PCS clients in Colorado. He also oversees PCS outside counsel, working on Account Executive and litigation efforts nationwide. Whiter represented pcs as outside counsel for five years prior to joining the team as its first Corporate Counsel.

Licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado since 1997, Whiter has tried cases in the Colorado County and District courts as well as the Federal Immigration Court, representing a broad range of clients- from individuals to publicly traded companies. He has exclusively represented creditors and debt collection agencies since 2009.

Joe Coleman
Director, Operations
As Director of Operations, Joe is responsible for the day-to-day operations, overseeing PCS systems and implementing new processes to create efficiencies across the business. Joe brings 13 years of extensive industry experience, previously serving as Director, Operations for ConServe.
​
Joe is committed to professional and ethical accounts receivable practices, and has deep industry knowledge of the FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, GLBA, UDAAP, and ECOA. He is a certified ACA International Professional Collection Specialist, a State of Nevada Collection Agency Manager licensee, and a State of Michigan Collection Agency Manager licensee. He also holds graduate certificates from several Dale Carnegie Leadership seminars, including Leadership Training for Managers, Skills for Success, and High Impact Presentations. His vast experience with managing day-to-day operations across a variety of 3rd party, Federal, and Higher Education portfolios, makes Joe an exceptional addition to the CCM team.

Joe studied Business Administration at SUNY Brockport, and currently resides in the suburbs of Rochester, NY

Philip Hastie
Credit and Finance Department
Hastie is PCS Vice President of Credit and Finance Department, Sales and Business Development, and is responsible for top-line sales growth of PCS debt collection services. As a member of the executive team, he’s also charged with the distribution and movement of PCS services to their valued clients, prospective customers, identifying acquisitions, and coordinating all aspects of the sales process.

With 21 years of professional experience, the last 12 of which have been in senior-level sales positions, Hastie focus is on building strong customer relationships and ensuring a culture of excellence. With that in mind, he appreciates the organization’s emphasis on family and faith.
Jason Turner
Portfolio Manager
Jason Turner is an ACA-certified Collections Specialist with nearly a decade of industry experience. Prior to joining PCS, he served in management roles on consumer, commercial, and government contracts with ConServe, an accounts receivable management company. He has in-depth knowledge of industry compliance and ethics, including FDCPA, TCPA, UDAAP, and FCRA regulations.

Jason earned a bachelor's degree in Management from Keuka College and an associate's degree in Business Administration from Finger Lakes Community College, and holds numerous certifications through Dale Carnegie.
Kenneth Cali
General Counsel
Kenneth Cali is General Counsel at CCM, responsible for providing legal guidance to the executive team on all matters that affect the company, compliance oversight, and litigation. Drawing on his knowledge and expertise, he helps to ensure that CCM’s complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
​
Prior to joining the company, Kenneth Cali spent 12 years as a prosecutor in the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office. Serving as the Chief of the Special Victims bureau, he litigated hundreds of cases in addition to leading a state and federal joint taskforce.
​
Kenneth Cali earned his Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law in Boston. He is licensed to practice law in the state of New York, and continues to teach and train other attorneys in litigation strategies.
